Following the initial interview where you can really appreciate the unique experience to be able to actively participate in your own design, a sketch is the prepared taking into consideration all aspects of the Brief - e.g. taking full advantage of the site, the family's size, needs, recreational activities, likes, dislikes and budget. In other words, a design which reflects your individual lifestyle and aspirations is produced proving the team's expertise and ability.

You then inspect this design sketch and it is revised if necessary to ensure that it meets with your complete approval. At this stage, a firm quote is given, a Preliminary Agreement signed and a deposit is made. Full Working Drawings, accurate contour levels, soil tests and engineer designed footings and slabs are completed. The Fixed Price Contract is signed and plans are submitted to Council. After Council approval has been obtained, construction begins within fourteen days. Your dream is about to become a reality.
